Convert Black Dragon and Firestorm poses to uploadable .anim files

What is this & How do I use it?

PoseForge is a tool to convert static poses exported from Second Life viewers into uploadable .anim animations.

How to export from Black Dragon:

  • Open the Poser window.
  • Pose your avatar as desired.
  • Click the Save icon to save it as an XML file.

How to export from Firestorm:

  • Open the Avatar -> Poser window.
  • Go to the Model tab and click T-Pose to reset your avatar. (Crucial!)
  • Go to the Own Poses tab.
  • Pose your avatar as desired.
  • Click the Save button.
Where to find your poses:
Black Dragon: %AppData%\BlackDragon\user_settings\poses
Firestorm: %AppData%\Firestorm_x64\user_settings\poses Firestorm XMLs only save edited bones as diffs - start with a T-Pose for all bones
